Pain Relief: Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression:

I haven’t blogged about effective treatments for pain yet, but that’s about to change. Recently, there has been significant interest in the Zerona laser, but 5 years ago the media were just as interested in Non-Surgical, Spinal Decompression (NSSD). This is but one of the procedures that we regularly use to treat spinal disc problems and stenosis. There’s a whole range of conditions for which NSSD may be an appropriate treatment method, including the aforementioned stenosis, disc herniation, disc bulge, degenerative joint disease, sciatica and numerous other names that pretty much add up to the spine and discs breaking down and irritating nerves and causing pain.

I’ll be writing more about these conditions in upcoming posts.

Our clinic is proud to offer the state-of-the-art Axiom DRX-9000C pictured above.

I believe that we need to utilize the best methods and technologies to get the job done for our patients.

This unit treats both neck and disc problems and it has been wildly popular with patients. So much so, that when we move we’ll probably need to acquire another.

  1. Your spinal CORD is suppose to be flexible. Strengthen you back muscles and sit up straight- that will help.
